We try to collect samples from the patients as early as possible in order to provide them quick service.

Cancellation of Tests

All physical/tangible products for which the payment is made and the service has not yet begun (i.e. collection) could be cancelled and the amount would be refunded. This applies to both home collection and onsite appointment services.

Cancellation of Membership or Subscriptions

Any paid subscription is refundable within 7 days of the commencement. If the subscription is used to avail any monetary benefit, Sharan Pathological Lab has the right to adjust the monetary benefit from the subscription value and pay the remaining balance.

 

Cancellation of Services

The testing of your samples start within 1-2 hour of your collection. If you have already paid for the test and then you can get 100% refund if you cancel your order or inform us over the phone within 1 hour of the sample collection. Any paid services such as home collection etc. is non-refundable if the sample is already collected from home.

Mode of Refund

 

We try our best to refund you in the same mode of payment. In case the refund couldn't be in the same mode of payment, Sharan Pathological Lab has the right to refund you the amount in other legally accepted means such as bank transfers, cash etc. For bank transfers and card refund please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be reflected.
